10 February: Mr Jones related. Standard service item – grease propshafts, universal joints and all other relevant drive member nipples
19 March: Not Mr Jones related. Replaced leaking valve on our inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
20 March: Mr Jones related. Replaced fuel transfer pump for 3rd auxiliary fuel tank.
30 March: Mr Jones related. New thermostat to address mild overheating issue and new fan belt tensioner bearing (by mechanic)
21 April: Mr Jones related. 4x New Tyres. BFG Goodrich All Terrains.
4 August: Mr Jones related. Overhaul of fuel tank, sediment & fuel pipes to address ongoing fuel starvation issue. Issue appears to be “gunk: in sediment. In addition changed fuel filter.
5 – 25 August: Some & some not Mr Jones related. Various general preventative maintenance & improvement items including: painting of various items; replacement of canvas on 270 deg awning; replacement of rusted catches on external brackets; reinforcing and repair of speedo binnacle; stowage bracket insert for levelling blocks; improvement of wiring setup in battery bay; brackets for gas geyser to prevent superheating; brackets for compressing roof struts when replacement required; brackets for roasts in weber; sundry sewing items on equipment; modificating gas bottle bracket for future flexibility.
23 August: Mr Jones related. Cambelt change (by mechanic) as per service schedule
2 September: Mr Jones related. Oil service, rear differential oil change and greased propshafts and other grease points – per service schedule.
18 November: New Coolant header tank, new Waxstat thermostat, flushed and rodded radiator. New Coolant (chasing after an elusive temperature rise on mechanical gauge but not on electronic one)
19 November: Breather hoses for differentials, gearbox and transfer box. (all interlinked and attached to a filter). Future preventative maintenance.
28 December: Cork gasket on top of fuel tank. (fixing a leak created with 4 August work)
29 December: 1 x BFG Goodrich tyre (replacement of spare to ensure we have 5 tyres of similar tread depth)
