Some useful little hacks we have found and used to make camping that little bit easier or efficient:
- Chamois cloth placed at the bottom of the fridge to absorb water, makes it easy to clean out
- Small cloth carrier bags for shopping, empty beer bottle storage etc etc
- A used 5l bottled water bottle for filling up at any source and can then be used non critical functions like dishwashing, cleaning rags, car cleaning, etc
- Small absorbent towel. We usually shower with slipslops on and this can be used for drying feet and slops after shower instead of getting main towel dirty and then you have dry slops for walk back to car
- wet towel or kikoi hung over fridge/freezer in very hot climates. It creates an evaporative cooling which lowers the fridge motor time and therefore conserves battery voltage
